This came from a yard sale this past weekend. Anyone know what it is part of or what time period it is from? Real or fake? I also got some other militaria items from the yard sale. Unsure if this is related to any of the other items from that sale.

It's a 'Sweetheart' pin. Worn by girlfriends, wives,
mothers, etc. Looks WWII era.........

The back doesn't have a pin. There is glue residue. Not sure if it was a pin and then was glued to something else or was originally glued to something.

The pin was probably glued to it. Sweet heart pieces ranged from well made jewelry to very inexpensive pieces like yours. It would look good in a home front display.
