this came in the mail today. i thought that the Dieppe Raid was conducted by the Canadians. would i be wrong to guess that a soldier from Belgium enlisted in the Canadian army?

I don't think the "Dieppe" bar is for a belgian medal

another link, belgians were in the RAF in 1942, so your bar is correct
