"Royal Masonic Institution for Girls (RMIG) 1927 Silver Star Breast Jewel hallmarked issued without ribbon. Prince of Wales Crown and feathers surmounted. In excellent condition. 46mm diameter."

This seems to be the item. It's a pretty "jewel".
