As a collector of Grenadier Guards medals you may appreciate this from my collection.

The Crimea Medal of the Adjutant of The Grenadier Guards.

Alexander Leslie-Melville, Viscount Balgonie was a Captain in the Grenadier Guards.
He held the title of Lord Balgonie, he was the eldest son of David-Leslie Melville, 8th Earl of Leven, 7th Earl of Melville. He served in the Grenadier Guards, and died in 1857 as a result of hard campaigning in the Crimean War.

An update to my medals collection to the Grenadiers; an Egypt 1882 Medal, clasp Tel-el-Kebir & the usual Khedives Star, and a somewhat rare named WWII group for a guardsman that fought in North Africa and Italy.
I also have acquired, not shown, a similar WWII group for a guardsman KIA in Italy, 1944.
