Picked up this French badge , does anyone know anything about like age and is it a unit badge , thank you for any help

Sorry to bump this ,Please does anyone know anything about this badge maybe our French members ? i cant find anything like it online ,it has a French maker stamp on the pin holder

I've been trawling the internet and can't find a match!..

It is a rather difficult subject!
Having hundreds, if not thousands of different badges over time from WWI until today.
Prices can also be a great surprise, I recently saw a ugly badge fetch like 800 euro...

I also have not seen one like this before and can't find it on any of the usual reference sites, any ideas on what the scratched "BAC 1940" stands for?

It is ;"10 ème Batterie Divisionnaire Anti-Chars du 89 RAD, 1940"
