I found this on ebay and have been trying to do some research but everything i search doesn't work anyone know what it is? i know it says for loyal service and that its british but i can't find anything else. Any help is appreciated

This is just from Wiki but explains it: The King's Badge was a large silver pin to be worn only on civilian clothing. It was issued by the British government to persons who served after World War II was declared, on September 3, 1939, and who were discharged through injury due to war service
