I agree also, these are modern, but the Good conduct may be period.

"Original" WWII medals have slot brooches and the ribbons are sewn to them at two spots on the edges. Some medals though, carried over into the Korea and Vietnam eras.....

The medals that you have displayed look like they all came in boxes. Some of the companies that orginially contracted to make these medals have made additional medals. I guess they would be listed under the restrike category. They definitely would not be fakes, just WWII medals made in 2000 or whenever on the same equipment. I bet if you look at the box the medal came in, there will be a company name. Check the name and see if they were ever authorized to make that medal. Now they could have fraudulently put a proper name on there but I doubt it.

Definitely a good deal Awesome. I found the website Jon's Swords. It shows the total for your medals would come to about $81 if sold seperately. The web-site is confusing. He is saying that all of his medals are period pieces. I'm not so sure of that.

This really stinks -_- I think that I'm going to re-sell those medals on ebay (minus the good conduct medal), maybe make some profit on them, maybe not, and try to buy some VINTAGE medals.
