    Yes, the date on yours is smaller. There are both English and allied French medals
    as you know, so maybe some slight differences. It is in very fine condition
    and I love how it is toned. Unfortunately someone has cleaned/polished
    mine, and it will take some time to darken again.............

    Is your medal named ?
