Thought I'd show a few photos of my WW2 and earlier U.S. medal collection. Seen here is the bulk of my collection. I have several more that are framed and documented.

This one is a private purchase, jeweler made badge. It is a Civil War I.D. badge named to Abraham Spangler. 54th Pennsylvania Volunteers-Company B.

    Very very nice.
The CW jewelers PH is a jewel (pun intended).
Navy Cross is a real tough one to get.
    Impressive.

    Hi, Josey !

I had meant to guess the makers of your wings earlier by looking at the front
of the wings ! Top to bottom:

    -'N.S. Meyer'.
-Unkown to me (Austrailian ? likely 'Sterling' marked...)
-Common 'slick' or 'Adam's' pattern (cannot see detail) - maybe by 'A.E. Co',
'Gemsco', 'N.S. Meyer' or 'Fox' (possibly Luxenberg or Blackinton !)
-'Juarez' pattern - 'Sterling' or 'Coin Silver' (brass pin - maker unknown)
    -2" aerial gunner: 'Sterling'.

The 3 (Pilot and Aircrew) wings I have like your 'Juarez' pattern are marked
'Sterling' only and it's not unusual to see them either way. They should
have a brass pin. Alot of these I've seen are missing the roller/catch.
Not that common, but they do crop up occasionally.

Could you possibly show the reverses ?

    VERY NICE Navy Cross.....!

Steve, I will post better photos front and back later today.

Chris, Do you want to see the Civil War/WW1 stuff top row or the bottom row? I can post photos of them when I post new pics of the wings.
