Mysterious WW1 Medal

Article about: I know the image quality is pretty bad but my mate picked up this medal today, I haven't seen one like it before. On the front side is says "PAX 1919" and on the back has George V

    I know the image quality is pretty bad but my mate picked up this medal today, I haven't seen one like it before. On the front side is says "PAX 1919" and on the back has George V and Queen Mary.

    Hi Connor, the image isn't that great, is it goldish in colour or lead or aluminium like?

    PAX is peace and the great war ended officially in 1919 with the signing of the treaty of Versailles on June 28th, so it probably commemorates that event.
