Got it for .25 cents and I've noticed that PUC's have oakleaves as a border instead of a smoothe border. And if it's not a PUC than does anybody know what it is?

It looks to be immediate post war and looks Belgian made to me. I would guess it is worth 10-20 bucks depending on how much someone wanted it.by Caseydiggz
