I was hoping to have some opinions on these sterling pilots wings. I don't see a makers mark on them.

They are pinback but appear to have been converted from clutchback. Do these appear to be WW2 era?

AAF wings are not my strong suit but I'm trying to learn. I do have some reservations about these.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Nice set. These are WWII era - called the "graduation",
"Adams" or "slick" pattern - the most common design.
Those circles are registration marks to show where
clutch pins were to go, if the manufacturer had
    decided to go that route.

Clutch-back wings were made in/around 1943 as an
alternative to pin-backs, and possibly a tad cheaper
    to purchase.........

    Thanks Steve!

These came on a put together AAF summer officer tunic I recently acquired. I put it back to "as found" condition. Everything appears to be period but some things were never on the tunic when the original owner had it.
