    Excellent Air Medal case! I especially like the vintage lapel pin and ribbon bar...It's always good to have the parts that make the whole, as the medal is usually easier to come across.

    WWII USAAF Army Air Force Air Medal Lapel Pin in Blue Leatherette Case | eBaynice case not a rare case but for sure ww2 vintage on ebay you should expect to pick up a slotted brooch medal in case for about thirty hear is one at 10 dollars right now if interested it is a good original !!
