wow i cant tell you were to get the name from but thats a great set!

I have all the medals and some cap badges but no paper work. Thats great to see, its always sad to see stuff like that sold off with no regards to the history of them!

If the set is Canadian and not British, this set is missing the
'Canada Voluntary Service Medal' and clasp, but there is
no mention of it on the slip.

WWII Canadian medals are made of .999 silver, not cupro-nickel
but without a name, you'll never know who these once belonged to.

    AW,

Congratulations on picking up a nice set there mate, HOWEVER, Im pretty sure that the set belonged to a BRITISH soldier, not Canadian, and that you just happen to have got a Canada shoulder title with them.
Main reason that I say this is that I am fairly sure that he would NOT have got the Defence medal or the Africa Star if he was Canadian army.
As usual, I am willing to stand corrected by others more knowledgeable than me.

    Regards etc
