Hi Pammy, it is a US Air Medal.

Several have been shown on the forum in the past. Not rare but a nice award to have in any US collection.

From the way the ribbon is attached I'd say it is a WWII era piece as well !

The 2 'Oak leaf Clusters' on the ribbon signifies awards of two more
medals, so really 3 Air Medals in total !
