Original? It is a contemporary medal? In what year he could stay made?

Original, WWII, slot brooch Bronze Star. Slot brooch Bronze Stars were issued through Vietnam and were eventually replaced with a crimp brooch.
I'll second that. WW2
Ditto.
As yuengling said, slot brooch US medals are typical of WWII. Surplus WWII medals continued to be issued post-war until stocks ran out.
Nice looking example! It's an added bonus that you have the lapel pin, too. All you need is an issue box to finish out the grouping.
As Joe says, the lapel pin is a bonus and means this medal would have likely been issued in a coffin case rather than the smaller white or blue box. Ebay regularly sells the coffin cases, should you wish to complete the set. Here's one available for $15 plus $2 shipping:

In the event you're confused by crimp and slot brooch, below are examples.
Crimp-Brooch
Slot-Brooch
Crimp-brooch medals became available immediately following WWII. Typically seen with EAME, WWII Victory, etc. This is the standard for modern issued medals.
As Joe points out, with respect to the Bronze Star as well as the Purple Heart, there was a surplus of both medals manufactured during WWII with a slot-brooch. Both continued to be issued well into Vietnam and even beyond. Some WWII Purple Hearts are still issued today, although most have been re-ribboned with a modern crimp brooch.
Other brooch styles to look for are Split-wrap and Full-Wrap brooch. These are typically indicative of WWII (Normally USN/USMC Contract) and much earlier issued medals. Examples of both below:
Split-Wrap
Full-Wrap
