On the side there is numbers: 20-mm M.K. 11-0 A LOT 18 AFP
Bottom is: NECO 01 53 MODO 20mm MK.5.

If the case length is 110mm it is the 20x110 USN round made by National Eastern Corporation.

If that shell is live be very careful with it as it is possible to set it off with the static electricity from your fingers(Slim chance but possible). Nice shell by the way
