1937 dated rounds to identify
Article about: Hi all, I've recently acquired these Belgium pre war dated rounds, stamped FN 32 I'm wondering what size ammunition this is, as it appears to be slightly smaller than the German 7.92's. Also

Well it COULD be 7.65x53 Argentine mauser,measure the case in millimeters.

I think these were probably for the Belgium FN model 1930 BAR, which used a 7.92 x 57mm round, (a variant of the American BAR). You need to make precise measurements of the cartridge to be sure.

I've just measured the cartridge, and it's 53mm long. Does this help?
