Default 23mmx152B Russian Brass Case with odd primer???

Hi Guys can you take a look at the primer of this Russian 23mmx152B brass shell case as just needed to confirm its a 23mm Vya and not a later ZU-23. Was always under the impression that ZU and ZSU cartridges were only ever manufactured from steel and only the 23x152B VYa rounds had brass casings??? This case has a Mickey Mouse engraved into its side and was reputedly given as a souvenir in 1945-that was the story but need to clarify if its a later manufactured case. Cheers guys.Attachment 989017Attachment 989018

Whilst I'm not 100% certain I always thought usually Soviet and later Soviet Bloc ammo headstamps were made up of a factory code and date, if so, in this case I'd say it was factory code 184 and dated 62 ?? I'd wait for conformation though from someone with some better knowledge as it's not really something I'm up on.
