    Just like to share what I have recently acquired.

    A 1942 dated round. Stands a very impressive 1080mm tall.

    It is all 42 dated, projectile and case, but the fuse isnt dated - is this the correct fuse for the date of this shell?

    Hi Brasso,,The fuze on your 3.7 is the type commonly found on 25lb carrier rounds,,plus it is dated 1955 (see attatched close up of your fuze)
    Your projectile would have taken one of the following No199 ,207, 208, 214, 222

    Thanks spotter for reply,do you know if this type of fuse was used on these rounds? is the fuse an anti aircraft ?
