Article about: G'day All, May I ask you lot what period of MFG/Use these are from? maybe 70's? Each head stamp is slightly different.

    Each head stamp is slightly different.

    I'm guessing possibly from Evansville Ordnance Plant (Chrysler), Evansville, OH 1944?

    I think you are correct Rene. They made steel cased 45 acp from June 1942 to April 1944

    I believe you're correct Rene, they only used a single 4 for that year, and the plant is correct. They stopped making ammo in April of 1944, or so say the pages I found
