    I have this .50 cal drill round & just wondered of it's value as i would be looking to sell it ?

    Frankford Arsenal, USA. The number corresponds to the date, 1944. This particular factory made millions of these, and it is the commonest drill round in circulation. I paid the princely sum of £2 for mine. Mind you, that was at a military show. An antique dealer might charge £5.

    As Steve says, these are still very common in the UK. Original boxes of ten are still available.
