    Its an old thread I bumped as no one appeared interested to assist with the OP's enquiry.
    Here's what I gathered from your picture nice looking case by the way.

    6Pr or 6 pounder cannon ~ The Ordnance Quick-Firing 6-pounder 7 cwt, or just 6 pounder, was a British 57 mm gun, serving as a primary anti-tank gun of the British Army during World War II, as well as the main armament for a number of armoured fighting vehicles.
    The gun entered service in 1942.

    III = Mk III case
    1 in a circle = MkII primer used
    134 = could be an inspectors stamp
    K = Kynoch factory produced this case, Imperial Chemical Industries Ltd., Birmingham, England there were 5 such factories K, K1, K2 etc in WWII
    Lot 9 = its lot No.
    Partial broad arrow at about 2 o'clock = accepted by the Govt
    CF = Cordite Filled rather than Black Powder

    Unknown about the naval link funny thing is there is no date on the case

    it's not the ww2 6 pounder but the earlier type as fitted to ww1 tanks and ships. the case is not as tall although the AP round is a little taller. the cases are common but the projectiles not so much
