    The last picture shows a Bulgarian headstamp , if you provide more measurements maybe we could ID the cartridge for you.....Pete.

    Your cartridge appears to be the 10.4x42R centerfire version of the 10.4x38R rimfire Swiss cartridge,do a Google search on it.....Pete.
