Austro-Hungarian Round - Need help with identification

I have this round dated I believe 1913. Someone told me that it was used by the Austro-Hungarian Submarines. Any info on the round would be greatly appreciated,

If you can give the measurments in millimeters of the projectile and the CASE ONLY length,maybe we can ID it.....Pete.
