    I have come across a bomb made from bakelite. The bomb measures about 16 inches from top to bottom. I have checked for any markings, but not found any. The bomb comes complete with the small tall and clip that arms it when taken out. Dose anybody out there ahve any idea what era it's from please.

    WW2 era British (also used by some allied countries) 8.5lb practice bomb ,in service mid-late 1930s onwards
