The U.M.C looks like a Hotchkiss cartridge case to me but not sure?

amazing what someone can do with an old shell
The U.M.C is 306 mm from bottom of case to top, inside neck diameter of case is 60mm. Smaller case is 95 mm bottom to top of case , inside neck 40mm. Thank you.
The smaller case is a French 37mm M1885 for the Hotchkiss revolveing cannon and the WWI Puteaux trench gun.
It was made in August 1916 (8-16) at the Parc D'artillerie de Paris.
The longer one is I think the 1 1/2 pr."Heavy" Hotchkiss.
