I'm no expert on these at all- but it would look good paired with a case like mine. Nice score

I am not an expert but this is - I believe - a 18pr shrapnel shell MkXII ( 'shorter' 221mm shell ) made from forged steel. The date is ath the bottom but I can't make it out, and I don't know what 'D A and Z' mean.
