fuse tool and unknown ring to ID

I think this might be the right place to finally id these brass rings I've been finding since a while. Yesterday I found a concrete platform in the middle of the woods which was a Flak position,most probably. Later on it was used by british troops. I found discarded food cans ,spent .303 cases and few other items.
I also found this tool which made me think of something to screw the fuzes in the shells, could it be? And then...this brass ring. I've found many of them, always around british positions. They are of a size of a 1 euro coin and they might be some spent part of something? anyone knows?

there was also this tin cap, I am cleaning right now.

The tool looks like the type to tighten the base plugs of the Mills 36 British Handgrenades.

now I am wondering if the tin cap may be related to some fuze box or something similar. I still cannot read what's on the top. The rings still remain a mistery: I found many of them in the years.

The only word I can make out on the tin is " Remove" what is the size?
The Det tins that came with the Mills, to the best of my knowledge, were square
