german 75 or 88 shell

hello i have this german shell that i bought at a militaria messe.
I have have two questions ?
Is it at 75mm or 88 shell ?
I know that the fuze was used to a 88mm flak 18 , am i wrong on it?
i hope you can help

Best thing to do is to measure it. Looks 75mm to me. Shells for 88mm have double driving bands. The fuse looks to be a Zeitzunder S 5....being a fuse designed to function 5 seconds from firing. It seems to be a shell for a German tank....Kw.K 40 perhaps.
