German ammo crate WWII

Hallo, I have this WWII German ammo crate. I want to sell it, but can you help with more history and how much would it cost in this condition.

Hard to say on price, but you should keep in mind that shipping something like this will cost more than many buyers would like. I like things like this, but the markings on the lid are quite faded and the ammunition type label is ripped.

$50-$100 depending on cost of shipping and how badly the collector wants it.
I have two or three of these, and use them for my ammo collection.
