is this a german ww1

I have this shell cartridge.
In the bottom is there written:
patronenfabrik
Karlsruhe
I think it's maybe a german ww1 but i am not sure.
it is 47 mm.

It's a German Naval shell made pre-WW1.

Its a 5cm shell case and reloaded 7 times, the projectile is not original to the case.

yes it is cast projectile, it was with it when i bought it.
