Article about: I bought these two rounds years back as WWII German ammo, but I have never had this confirmed, so if anyone can ID them for me that would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi Jerry

    Yes, they are German 7.92mm cartridges manufactured in 1939.

    Have a look at this thread and it will explain all the markings for you;
