Grenade ID help please

Article about: Hi All. I have found this grenade for sale but Im not exactly sure what it is. It looks similar to a Russian or Chinese type F1. Also wondering if it is a practice grenade or just a copy as

    Looks abit odd to me with the screw on the handle part,I think a copy
