    I picked these shell up theother day,#1 shell is approx 5 ¾ inches tall (with the projectile) and the head stamp is marked “Potz&Sand-Monheim-63-18-SP61, and the other one is marked” “Potz&Sand-Monheim-38-18-SP61.

    Shell#2 is 3 5/8 inches tall and 4 3/16 inches wide and the head stamp is marked “FN (in a circle)-10-NOV1916-HL (over)27.

    The first is a WW1 German 20mm Becker Round... The second seems to be a Belgian FN 15cm round... The third and 4th. I have no idea.... The 5th. is French 37mm.. The Becker rounds are rare first 20mm aircraft cannon round ever.......BILL

    Shell#3 is approx 8 7/8 inches tall and the head stamp is only marked with a letter “N”

    Shell #5 approx 5 ¾ inches tall (with the projectile) and the head stamp is marked “37-85,ZPDPs,300,9-16. Is this one a WW1 French 37mm shell?

    #5 Is indeed a 37mm French shell of WW1 Period...BILL

    Bill-Thanks for the good information. You said that the Becker rounds are rare, I gave 50 US dollars for the lot, did I over pay for the group?
