Question Help with identifying ww2 fuse.

    Hi all,
Although I have a reasonably large ww2 collection I’ve never had anything like this before, so I’m struggling to identify it. I have been told it is a ww2 fuse. It was given to me by an English couple who dug it up in there garden in Coventry. Due to the story I’m guessing its either German or something the British were using in self defence. Any help would be appreciated.

    - The thread is approx. 6cm in diameter.
    - It has “ A.T.M.” stamped on it along with “12 16” and “LOT 603" as well as a host of other makings.

    Gday,
Whilst i Can't identify this could it be a AAA round fuse.Coventry was hit very hard during the Blitz.
    Just food for thought.
    Cheers
