Help with MK II or possibly MK 2 grenade

Hi guys , I been having a lot of fun scouring your various threads and posts on these seemingly widely used grenades.
I haven't been able to get a firm identification of this one. I know you guys can help: )

It is marked A 2 and a 91 (or 16) The fuse is only stenciled and not stamped. And unfortunately very faded. I was leaning towards an M10 of some sort but not sure of that at all.
