Hello gents, i finally got a grenade in my collection, it's an american mk 2.

"L" mark stamp?

So is there anyone know how old this grenade is?

It's a US grenade from the late 1920's to early WWII

It was originally all yellow, by the looks of it.
Later WWII type has a solid flat base.........
