Enjoy this 10 Round box of Japanese Navy 13mm Machine Gun Ammo Manufactured August 1939 Yokosuka Navy Arsenal, 10 Rounds Armor Piercing ... Marked on the back of the box by a GI but spelled wrong from the Solomon Islands... I thought this would be of interest with the New HBO series The Pacific on TV every Sunday night for 10 weeks, and the first two episodes starting off on Guadacanal...BILL

Amazing to see that cardboard box survive over 70 years in such great shape. I wonder how long the G.I. that got it, had to carry it in the field. I'm glad it made it though, thanks for showing it to us Bill.
