    Hi donkihotis7,i was wondering if you'd have a WW2 starter tab you'd be willing to part with as i havent been able to find one for sale...just postwar ones...

    There are some for sale on whermacht-awards.com, some very mint drums and a carrier.

    If you're lucky and if your drum hasn't sand-blasted by whomever repainted it you could find interesting features inside;many of these drums were painted Red Oxide Primer inside and a white,curved arrow indicated which way the belt had to be wound (very,very German-like!)!

    Hi Manny, i will strip my Yugo repaint definitely when it comes. It might reveal an original bluing finish underneath.
