Article about: Can anyone tell me what these are and what they were used for? They are part of my Grandpa's collection. Is there any value associated with these?

    I think they are US rifle grenades, i think the top one is a m19a1 and the bottom is a m11a3.

    What color is the bottom one and date? this one sell for about 40$
    The top one I have seen them for 125$ but no one was buying them.

    Yup, US rifle grenades. Here's a pic, the top one with the "handle" is for the M1 rifle, and the lower one is for the M1903 or M1917. They used a special blank to launch them.

    Yep, rifle grenades. I see them sell 40-60 depending on conditional and if still in the packing tubes.

    fairly common. not much value per say.
