Need help identifying a shell.

Article about: I bought a shell today and i was wondering if it is U.S. or not. I can tell you it has 75mm M18 BB co 1942 and a lot number. it also has a proof mark that looks like Springfield Armory's log

    I bought a shell today and i was wondering if it is U.S. or not. I can tell you it has 75mm M18 BB co 1942 and a lot number. it also has a proof mark that looks like Springfield Armory's logo. Then in black paint it has AMM. LOT 22415-268-K.O.P. SHOT.A.P.,M72. Here are some pictures. hats the value of this also.
