Need some info on dummy round

I just got this today and was wondering if it is Army or Navy also what would it be worth? paid $35 at a pawn shop.
It has 3in TANK MARK V-1 P.M.C. 1941 on the storage tube.
Dummy Mk 22 fuse and SCH 50 cal 3" Dummy Cart MK on the base of the shell.

WW2 U.S. Navy 3" (76mm) training cartridge. 35.00 is a very good price for that style dummy round even with out the correct storage tube.
