Article about: anyone knows what bomb this is? Have it more then 20 years, think its a ww2 bomb not sure.

    I don`t think it is a bomb, looks like an artillery shell, what are the dimensions of it?

    dimensions= lenght is 30centimeter and dia is 8 a 9 centimeter.

    it has two markings fuse=10865
    projectile=112...

    look this, is not the same but similar . one Old lady

    Nice, so pretty sure its a ww1 artyllery shell in very good condition.
    Sweet.
    Also now i know this:There is a time delay on these type of shells. A brass ring could be turned on top which gave them enough time to fire it to go off in the air or on the ground
