Question The remain of the Mills Bomb Instruction Tools?

I got this from the local flea market. At first i thought this wooden made grenade is a wall decoration. But then i realize this thing it's a bit like an instruction tools. Showing the inner side of the grenade. And there's some emplacement for the other tools. From the shape of the grenade, it's a mills bomb?

The ears are different than a Brit Mills and the shape is slightly different too. Those I've seen have a stamp (maker?) on the smooth bit where the lever sits but whatever it is, Brit made or not, it's definitely interesting.
