    Default Removing stickyness from a price tag

    So i got 2 US 40mm and i have taken off two price tags. However there still the remains of the stickyness!.... How can i take it off, water? or what?

    Hi Derrick white spirit will remove it or methylated spirit,

    Hey Derrick another suggestion would be WD-40 I have used it to take the stickyness off from the residue left behind from bumper stickers .

    Derrick just spray some on a rag and gently work it in the area that has the residue with your fingers should come off .

    I usually use the sticker that was removed ( or some other tape ) and 'pat'
    the remaining residue with the sticky bit that is left. This removes all
    the globs of glue and will not alter any finish.

    I really hate tape or sticky labels on anything.........!

    Also WD40 worked almost all of it came out. just neet to tuch it up a little more and it good

    Standard kitchen vegetable oil works just fine....

    Lemon juice works good if the sticky stuff is not too thick.
