Article about: Hi guys, can anyone help with these two? For scale the item in the bottom you can hardly see is a .303 bren mag.

    Look like a modern type of target practice rounds but for what I am not sure.

    Well, using the accurate measurements you supplied, I would guess the bigger one is an 35x228 Oerlikon and the smaller one is an 30x173 Oerlikon.
