Unidentified Ordnance

Any suggestion on what these are out-side of an old UK TA Centre.

They are Aircraft bombs most likely training ones , there is a lot of these mounted like this in the ground on camps around the Salisbury Plain training area

That's what I assumed with the openings on the side.
