    I think they are French Lmg.

    Harry is right, it being a 25 round clip id say it's for a St. Étienne Mle 1907!...

    I think they used 30 round clips mate!...
    Well the M1922 was 30 rounds, the earlier models were 24!..

    Neither the St.Etienne or the Hotchkiss can be considered LMGs! have you ever tried carrying one?

    I agree though that it is the feed strip for the M1907 St.Etienne MG.
