It looks like a good one to me.
If you view this thread, you will find more examples to compare as well as, as much information as you need to judge for yourself.
Also, if you resize them while you are trying to rotate them, you will have less trouble posting.

It's a 'Central Maker Mark' type 4.4.2. with a variant oval shaped hinge and a '?' shaped catch that's soldered onto a small circular base that's in turn soldered to the badge. Shows the oakleaf flaw on the upper left as it should, and is in fine condition.
A good one.
